What you can expect

Step 1: 7:30am–8am:

Around 7:30 to 8:00 am our guide will waiting for you to pick you from your lobby hotel. The reason why leave early is to avoid unneeded stress waiting in line to get tickets especially during the high season.

Step 2: 8am–9am:

On this hour our driver will take you to Terracotta Warrior Museum. It is 50 minutes driving from Xi'an downtown. Besides you will get the wide knowledge of the city from professional local guide.

It is highly recommended to ask guide for more details that will make trip more interactive instead of classic tour.

Step 3: 9am–12pm:

Around 9:00 am you will arrived at the  Terracotta Warriors and the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang. You will going through 3 ticket gates and immediately see this fascinating ancient masterpiece. There are 3 pits that are possible to visit, as they have been excavated.

Pit 1 is the biggest pit and has 6,000 warriors only 2,000 are visible and horses.

The largest pit, Pit 1, is believed to contain 6,000 warriors (only 2,000 are on display) and horses. They are all different sizes and shapes that make each of them unique.

Pit 2 is the smaller compares to Pit1 and less warriors and horses around 1,3000. Important thing that soldier on the horse and kneeling soldier has been first discovered in this place.

Pit 3 is the smallest one, has 72 warriors and horses known as army headquarters.

The next visited place will be Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang. Besides the history background this place has adorable stones includes underground rivers that defend the intruders in the past.

It is interesting fact there are still around 95 % secretly mausoleum still buried according to dangerous of excavate. We will have a look at the tomb from the distance as there are little to see. Then the tour will continue to the museum in a place where is highest point and could capture the whole area of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang. Moreover you will be surprised by the huge size of mausoleum.

You will hear the interesting anecdote about the reason why Qin Shi Huang this rule continue in this place after death and details about the underground palace. Please note these pits having a certain distance restriction. But no worries we will provide you a telescope so you will not miss the chance to see them closest.

Step 4: 12pm–1:30pm:

Near the Terracotta Warriors Museum during this time period you will have lunch at a local restaurant. You will enjoy the local cuisine in Xi'an and same time to get local cuisine experience. Besides you will enjoy in delicious dishes like Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍, or in another word ''Chinese hamburger''), Yang Rou Pao Mo (羊肉泡馍, pita bread soaked in lamb soup; your guide will demonstrate how to break the bread into small pieces) includes traditional noodles and famous dumplings.

Step 5: 1:30pm–2:30pm:

Drive Back to Your Hotel

In the end of the tour our driver will take you back to the hotel. Following your time requirement of return details we will make sure you will be on time. Beside if you need to catch the flight or either a train please let us know in advance.

We will transfer you to your hotel at the end of the tour. If you need to catch a flight or a train after the tour, please book the transfer service with us in advance.

Photography is limited in some certain pits in museum. According to being some times checked in museum please keep ticket till the end of museum tour. There will be FM headset available to hear the fascinating stories for visitors due the crowdiness during the peak season. Our guide will have the telescope to make sure you see all the details in close perspective as they are all protected by 20 meters for tourists.
